Holiday count-down and self care.
Holidays are sometimes a two-edged sword. Looking forward to time-off "but" loaded down with all the work and personal to-do's that it takes to make that time-off feasible.
How do you take care of yourself while working through all of the logistics? Do you build in calendar white space or just focus and knock out the tasks until you cross the finish line?
I've been giving myself a 10pm bed time lately and I've noticed an increase in productivity -- especially in the morning!
Yes! Practicing this too. It's a funny moment, at the end of the day, when you have to force yourself to choose - 30 more minutes on the couch OR an easier morning.
