That I would have been working with combative patients. They neglected to tell me in the Patient Care Assistant class that I took after being hired that I would have to take care of violent patients who would hit and kick me and try to strangle me. Yeh if I had known that one little thing I would have looked elsewhere.

such a fun question! I really had to think about this one because I happen to really love my job, but if I had to identify one thing, I'd say I wish I had a better understanding of how each team works around deadlines. My team, for example, is very deadline oriented, but other teams have different guidelines which can make it really difficult to align across teams, and causes a lot of unnecessary miscommunication and missed expectations.
