Expert Support H/F

vice actuelle,

• Prise en charge ponctuelle des démarrages de nouveaux dossiers (paramétrage, assistance 1ères paies, ...),

• Réalisation de recette sur le SI Pégase,

• Réaliser l'ensemble des tests requis avant livraison de synchronisation mensuelle

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services transverses (support, modélisation).

• Suivi du backlog des tickets en étroite collaboration avec le client

• Se tenir à jour de la veille juridique

• Maintenir l'environnement de formation mensuellement (création des accès, mise à jour des données) en collaboration avec GETS et la R&D
