Financial Analyst

the Month-End tasks

• Generate Dashboards for local managers

• Support ad-hoc reporting and projects.

• Assist the financial planning process and monthly actual x plan analysis

• Interaction with associates in US, Europe and India.

• Expect some administrative work as well.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Minimum experience in the area: 5 years;

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent;

• Fluent in English.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Advanced Excel experience.

• Excellent business partnering skills with peers and leaders.

• Ability to think critically and work within set guidelines.

• Self-starter with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.

• Strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Able to work across national and cultural boundaries

• Commitment, organization, flexibility, proactivity and focus on results.
