Act as day-to-day liaison with client designated contacts for payroll-related processing;
Respond to client inquiries and take appropriate action ensuring timely review and resolution of issues.
Work effectively across ADP Italy to resolve client issues.
Maintain client payroll procedure manuals and business process documents.
Highlight and escalate relevant matters that may impact the running of client payrolls.
Process relevant tax forms for client employees.
Conduct timely and accurate processing of cyclical events including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
Constantly and actively contribute to the Standardization and Improvement process.
Uses expertise to enhance activities that drive positive change.
Effectively manages the knowledge and tools within the team to impact delivery capabilities.
Readily takes advantage of opportunities to suggest or promote new ideas.
Education and experience**:**
Education: Graduate degree or related experience
Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:**
Entry level of Italian (A2 minimum) & English B2
Autonomy, proactivity, adaptability and reactivity

Technical skills: Excel, Word
