    What are you going to do?

    As a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Specialist at ADP, you will be responsible for taking care of the payroll administration of various Dutch organizations. You are the first point of contact for the customers from your own customer portfolio. You unburden ADP's customers by supporting, advising and guiding them in the processing of payroll.

    You are also responsible for:

    • Assessing the submitted mutations for correctness and processability in terms of laws and regulations.

    • Advising your client on changes in collective labor agreements and laws and regulations.

    • Supporting the implementation of new schemes.

    • The accuracy and timeliness of your customers' payroll processing.

    • The payroll tax returns and all registrations and deregistrations with various authorities.

    • Maintaining frequent contact with your customer to ensure proper payroll processing.

    • In addition, you are constantly alert to improvements that can be made in the payroll processing process. This can relate to the automation of schemes as well as to improving the delivery process of the mutations.

    We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated!

    In addition, we are looking for someone with:
    § Have obtained a Practical Diploma in Payroll Administration (PDL) and/or Professional Training in Payroll Services (VPS), or are willing to obtain them.
    § Experience in a role within payroll and/or payroll administration is a plus, but not a requirement;
    § Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
    § Experience within an accountancy and/or payroll processing firm is an advantage.
    § Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
