Lead project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
II. Project reporting & Communication: Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and workshops with diverse groups of stakeholders.
III. Business Readiness: Experience in business readiness tasks, such as developing training plans, user adoption strategies, and change impact assessments.
Demonstrated ability to manage change within an organization, including change management planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
Knowledge of change management methodologies, such as Prosci or Kotter's 8-step model, and ability to apply these methodologies to manage change effectively.
Experience in developing and implementing communication plans for projects, including stakeholder analysis, messaging, and communication channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and designers, located in various countries.
IV. Stakeholder Management: Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance on project management best practices and technical expertise.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, project sponsors, and end-users.

Qualifications:
Experience:
+5 years of related project management experience within the software solution delivery, asset management, HR or financial services industry.
Applied experience leading multi-function projects through all phases of delivery.
Previous member of an Enterprise or Project Management Office preferred.
International Project Experience.
Financial skills to manage project's operating and capital budgets.
Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, administrative staff members, technical and non-technical personnel, and clients of customer.
Change management and benefits realization in project management.
Skills:
University degree or equivalent in education or experience.
Post-Grad degree/s in business management is a plus.
