About the Role
Join the UniBeam team as a Backend Developer and help us build system flows that power the next generation of our platform.
At UniBeam, we develop like a startup:
Bias for Action: We move fast, test, learn, and iterate. Perfection is less important than progress.
Ownership Mindset: Every challenge is ours to solve. We don't escalate - we engage.
Customer Obsession: We build with the user in mind, not just the spec in hand.
Lean & Focused: We do fewer things, better. We focus on what matters most.
Cross-Functional Unity: We break silos. All disciplines move as one team.
AI First: We embrace innovation and autonomy, encouraging team members to make technical decisions and learn from failures.
Direct Communication: We value proactive, transparent communication and expect everyone to push status and raise issues early.
