national /National Best Practice with the scope of Workshop, Fleet Management and Road Management Estate, Mill and Logistics
Act as r technical expert to analyze and resolve specific fleet safety gaps/challenges in site areas.
Facilitate specific EHS audits to monitor the progress and areas that need an improvement.
Support EHS Learning and Development team to deliver learning programs in the field of fleet safety
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Engineering/EHS or equivalent experience
In depth knowledge of legislation and business processes in environmental health and safety systems, ecology and environmental protection, industrial safety.
Preferable had two years of related work experience
Preferable good in English communication.
Working in cross-cluster/subcluster team, translating complex situations into simple working solutions, managing complexity, collaborating with all levels of leader and influencing decision-makers across a matrix organization are required.
Should be able to work and adapt in difficult situations, Excellent social and collaborative skills.
Ability and willingness to challenge key stakeholders and to gain their buy-in to support change
Proven creativity, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
