Working closely with Product Line Managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product development, customer engagement, and operational delivery. You will help translate customer and market insights into product enhancements, support go-to-market activities and assist in improving processes through digital tools and automation.
This role plays an important part in ensuring our products operate effectively, meet customer needs, and deliver consistent value to the business.
Key Accountabilities
Product Support & Development - Support the development and optimisation of GrainFlow and Victory Canola products by contributing to product enhancements with a focus on improving efficiency and customer experience.
Market & Customer Insights - Collect and analyse customer feedback and market insights to support product improvements and inform future development. Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activity.
Go-to-Market Support - Assist in the execution of product launches and marketing activities, including supporting product content, communications, and adoption initiatives to drive engagement across target customer segments.
Performance Tracking & Reporting - Support the monitoring of product performance by gathering and analysing data on adoption, usage, and customer feedback. Assist in identifying trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with stakeholders across origination, marketing, sales, and technical teams to support product execution and ensure alignment across activities.
Customer Engagement - Engage with customers to gather feedback, support product understanding, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
Strong interest in digital products, process improvement, and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
Preferred
Knowledge of the Australian grains industry and supply chain
Experience working with digital platforms or data-driven processes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
