Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, or ticketing systems is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
