2+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration or maintenance.
Understanding of technical leading practices around ServiceNow configuration
Configuration and Administration of core capabilities, data model, integrations, security, and access control'
Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools
Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
Ability to work in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
Experience facilitating ServiceNow upgrade cycle(s).
