Job Summary
Responsible for manufacturing dies and sizing systems from print to production using both manual, CNC Wire EDM, and CNC milling machines.
Job Responsibilities
- Adjust processes to ensure machines are running efficiently
- Update time logs
- Set-up and run wire EDM and/or CNC mills
- Manufacture new parts for dies, sizers, and punch tooling etc.
- Repair of damaged tooling
- Repair of damage mechanical equipment for all departments
- Work in a team atmosphere
- Available to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd
- Available to work overtime if needed
- Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
- Ability to operate manual machine shop equipment, lathes, surface grinders and mills.
- Support production needs to maintain 24/7 schedule.
Job Requirements
- Technical School Degree or Apprentice Certificate
- Min. 4 years machine shop with CNC equipment experience
- Manual Machine experience
- Familiar with SolidWorks
- Ability to program wire EDM and horizontal mills with DP Esprit software
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
