Distribution Center Operations Supervisor

s within the distribution center.Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working 2nd shift hours of 2:00pm up to 12:00 am, weekends as needed, and also provide coverage for colleagues that are on vacation****Primary Responsibilities:

• Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires
• Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks
• Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals
• Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion
• Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded
• Conducting staff meetings and verifying that daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis
• Providing ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function
• Utilizing a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise during the workday
• Communicate effectively across all levels
• Analyzing information effectively to make sound business decisions
• Build high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleaguesRequired Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse Management Systems experience
• MS Office experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.
• Ability to complete assignments within established timelines.
• Ability to complete work under general supervision.

• Bachelor's Degree

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
