• Formulate, execute, and analyze hypotheses to pinpoint factors contributing to errors, and extractions

• Communicate analytical solutions and results through compelling narratives and visualizations, engaging stakeholders to drive informed business decisions on system investments and improvements.

• Drive project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Understand coding, GIT, documentation, and quality assurance best practices to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical or strategy consulting, or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python with 3+ years of professional experience.

• Strong statistical background with experience in design, and impact measurement.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.

• Solid SQL coding skills are essential.

• Experience with MongoDB or similar databases for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience in the Legal/Contract domain, audit processes, or management consulting is a plus.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.

• A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA is strongly preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
