Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of experience in business analytics, analytical or strategy consulting, or a related field, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in SQL and Python with 3+ years of professional experience.
Strong statistical background with experience in design, and impact measurement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
Solid SQL coding skills are essential.
Experience with MongoDB or similar databases for data extraction and analysis.
Experience in the Legal/Contract domain, audit processes, or management consulting is a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA is strongly preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
