The successful candidate will be equal parts analytical, creative and action-oriented, bringing a nimble and solutions-oriented mindset to the work.**** Candidate must be based in the Northeast States neigboring CT Hartford ****You will accomplish this by:

    • Responsible for creation and maintaining of corporate materials, including key messages, fact sheets, executive briefing documents, campaign planning and summary documents.
    • CVS - Aetna Communications liaison, helping to ensure connectivity and reporting needs are met while also finding creative ways to fully optimize content across the enterprise and business communications platforms.
    • Provide communications support for special initiatives by drafting strategic presentations, project managing executive appearances and writing social/earned and owned content.
    • Serving as the Aetna communications operations lead, managing budgets, vendor governance, L&D initiatives, and team reporting.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 7 or more years of communications experience
    • Strong writing, project management and PPT/presentation skills
    • Executive presence and experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to travel as business requires

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Grace under pressure with an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Events and social media experience
    • Consulting or Marketing/Communications agency experience is a plus

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
