Key Responsibilities:
Support annual capital planning efforts for teams across Aetna Technology.
Perform detailed analysis of capital investments to ensure they align with strategic and financial goals.
Develop and evaluate business cases for projects using data & metrics.
Lead the development and maintenance of capital planning processes and policies.
Collaborate closely with leaders in other departments (i.e., operations, project management, business) to align capital allocation with business objectives.
Communicate complex financial information and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in a finance and/or procurement role (e.g., financial analyst, procurement lead).
5+ years of budget planning and management, including capital planning.
5+ years of experience leading cross functional projects. Able to drive timelines and workflows.
3+ years working with product & development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Experience forecasting and setting project allocations in Clarity.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
