Supervisor, Specialty Fulfillment Operations

lment Supervisor is also responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance.Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in pharmacy environment and/or customer service environment
• 1+ year(s) of leadership experience including training and performance reviews/engagement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Extreme accuracy and attention to detail and data standards.
• Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts.
• Attention to customer focus to ensure patients are responded to with accurate and timely information.
• Ability to perform sedentary computer work.
• Occasional standing and walking; Occasional lifting and moving of items ranging from 30 - 60 pounds.
• Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
