• Manage and support Eaton India's external social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communications priorities.
• Manage Eaton's participation and engagement with industry bodies, associations, and councils.
• Support communications for business events, industry forums, and trade shows, including media engagement and leadership visibility to maximize external promotion.
• Drive Eaton's awards and recognitions strategy, including identifying relevant awards and preparing submissions.
• Support communications related to community initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Develop high-quality external content including press releases, media pitches, leadership talking points, blogs, and website content.
• Identify and surface impactful stories across Eaton's businesses, innovation centers, and manufacturing locations in India.
• Monitor media coverage and emerging issues, providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Support issues and crisis communications, including media monitoring and response coordination as required.
• Manage PR agencies and external vendors, ensuring strong execution and alignment with communications priorities.
• Support external communications for product launches, major announcements, and key business milestones, in collaboration with business and marketing teams.
• Track and analyze media coverage, share of voice, and campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights.
• Ensure adherence to Eaton's global brand standards, communications governance, and approval processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
7-12 years of experience in corporate communications, external communications, or public relations roles.
