proactive and preventive risk assessments (WRA, ergonomic, operational risks)
Ensure accurate EHS data management and reporting using MESH Prism and internal systems
Track, validate, and close MESH, audit, and regulatory findings in a timely manner
Maintain EHS operational controls, procedures, and PM programs across the site
Coordinate and track EHS training, maintaining training matrices and completion status
Actively promote a strong, zero-incident EHS culture through employee engagement and EHS teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
Minimum 7 years' EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
Industry background preferred: automotive, electrical, manufacturing/electrical
Strong experience in safety management systems, incident investigation, near misses, and risk assessment
EHS Certification: Minimum C-Class required A-Class is a strong advantage
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient with MS Office tools
