- Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with global leads, operational teams, and the broader finance organization.
Process:- Drive stream-level automation initiatives across the R2R pipeline to streamline month-end closing, eliminate manual tasks, and ensure complete data accuracy.
- General Ledger Management: Manage GL activities related to operational and capital expenditures (for example, OPEX, CAPEX, Intercompany and leases), as well as revenue and accounts-receivable related accounting (Lead-to-Cash).
- Take an active role in systems and product design, leading the foundational work on data quality to execute complete "touchless tax returns".
- Audit Support: Work together with Financial Controlling; provide support and information to internal and external auditors regarding GL and Tax Accounting data.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare variance analysis during the month-end closing process.

- You have exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts and influence others where necessary to achieving the team's goals.
- You are detail-oriented and able to maintain a big picture view to help others solve problems and understand finance as a unified data pipeline.
