Ensure purchase orders are issued on schedule
Monitor supplier progress, identify risks early, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Build and manage procurement schedules for assigned products and commodities
Drive closure of supplier-related NCRs and support recovery plans where delays occur
Support claims management, cost tracking, and monthly vendor progress reporting
Promote compliance with quality and EHS requirements within procurement activities
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering and/or Logistics or a related field from a local or internationally recognised university.
At least 5 years of experience in a project-based supply chain, procurement, or fulfilment role on substation projects within similar industrial / infrastructure environments
Experience working with suppliers in a complex project environment
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Confident in progress tracking, reporting, and problem solving
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage priorities across multiple workstreams
Willingness to travel frequently
