    Position summary

    lité et d'identification des risques du projet, traduire les risques identifiés en plans d'atténuation pour les fonctions.

    • Émettre le plan qualité du projet et le plan de test d'inspection et les faire approuver par le client.

    Pendant l'exécution du projet :

    • Accompagner et contrôler le respect des processus et outils du projet (PGR, PMR, R&O, DR, NCR/CoQ)

    • Coordonner et piloter l'atténuation des risques du projet

    • Préparer et coordonner les inspections de qualité conformément à l'ITP avec le client et la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour garantir le respect des exigences de qualité et du contrat.

    • Gérer la préparation et la livraison du Databook (enregistrements de qualité du projet),

    • Assurer la pertinence de toutes les non-conformités, y compris le coût des données de non-qualité liées au projet.

    • Supporter le Directeur de Projet pour l'analyse et la gestion des coûts de non-qualité, le processus de réclamation associé...

    • Obtenir l'approbation du client sur le plan curatif de non-conformité, le cas échéant.

    Préparation du chantier:

    • Soutenir le chef de site/gestionnaire de site pour la préparation de toutes les ressources nécessaires à une excellente exécution sur le site, y compris les formations, les qualifications personnelles, les informations appropriées, etc.

    Exécution du chantier :

    • Assurer la qualification du personnel & la maintenance des outils,

    • S'assurer des enregistrements de qualité

    • Effectuer des audits de processus sur site

    • Soutenir la préparation des documents

    Profil :

    • Au moins Bac+5 Ingénieur Mécanique, ou Matériaux

    • Min. 3 ans d'expérience en Qualité ou Gestion de Projet dans un environnement international

    • Avoir des notions dans le domaine électrique

    • Comprendre les fondamentaux projet

    • Anglais et français courant, avec la maîtrise d'une 3ème langue, idéalement l'allemand ou l'espagnol

    • Rigueur en matière de conformité et EHS

    • Capacité à influencer les autres et à diriger de petites équipes

    GE Hydro is looking for a Project Quality Leader in charge of quality of projects. As part of a project team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to quality requirements within the framework of the GE procedures and standards as well as contractual customer requirements.

    In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    At Project Launch:

    • Analyse the Project Contract in terms of QA/QC.

    • Provide the Contract QA/QC requirements to the Project Team, and support Function Kick-Off meetings to ensure that all Contract specific requirements are transmitted to all stakeholders (Suppliers, GE2GE, ...).

    • Define the Project specific processes and documents as per Contract Requirements and/or to meet Customer requirements.

    • Consolidate lessons learned from previous projects to make them actionable for preventing future issues.

    • Define with Project Director the strategy for Quality Assurance, and Project Risk identification, translate the identified risks into mitigation plans for the functions.

    • Issue the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan and get them approved by the Customer. Ensure communication to and use by the Functions

    During Project Execution:

    • Implement, support, monitor compliance with project processes & tools (PGR, PMR, R&O, DR, NCR/CoQ)

    • Coordinate and drive mitigation on Project risk and prevent defects to occur and to escape along the execution of the project.

    • Prepare and Coordinate quality Inspections as per ITP with Customer and Supply Chain to secure fulfilling the quality and contract requirements.

    • Manage the Databook (project quality records) preparation and delivery, assuring compliance with customer requirements

    • Monitor project process performance on periodic basis and implement/lead appropriate actions to improve results.

    • Ensure relevance of all non-conformities including cost of non-quality data related to the Project.

    • Support Project Director for the analysis & management of Cost of non-quality, the related claim process, curative and containment, corrective and preventive actions associated.

    • Obtain Customer approval of Non-Conformity curative plan when relevant.

    • Gather, analyse, circulate feedback to the organization (VoC, LL, Close Out)

    Site Preparation:

    • Adapt to the project best practices for execution at site erection phase.

    • Support Site Leader/Site Manager for the preparation of all resources needed for excellent execution at site, including trainings, personal qualifications, proper information, etc.

    Site Execution

    • Ensure execution as per GE requirements (valid documents, control plan)

    • Ensure qualification of staff & maintenance of tools, (calibration, parameter recording, qualifications for measurement, welding, painting...)

    • Ensure quality records are done as per control plan and support coordination with 3rd party/customer

    • Perform process audits at site, including but not limited to:

    • Support the preparation of documents to protect GE in case of third party claims.

    • Ensure the execution of the process from Red Mark to As-Build documentation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, ideally mechanical or materials

    • Min. 3 years of solid experience in Quality or Project Management

    • Fluent in English and French

    • Knowledge of other languages (Spanish or German) would be a plus

    • Rigor for compliance and EHS

    • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
