Country Risk MO & Reporting - Associate

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Product Control or Financial Reporting

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, finance or a business-related field

• Knowledge of financial products across a range of asset classes - Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, commodities and others

• Strong analytical, organizational skills and keen attention to details

• Ability to multitask, work independently and make continuous progress towards meeting business objectives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information and present to senior management clearly and confidently

• Strong team player who can work well with colleagues of various levels and across regions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of data science (e.g. Machine learning), data analytics platforms (e.g. Alteryx), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and programming languages (e.g. Python).
