Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Minimum 4 years' experience in Market Risk, Credit Risk, Product Control or Financial Reporting
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, finance or a business-related field
Knowledge of financial products across a range of asset classes - Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, commodities and others
Strong analytical, organizational skills and keen attention to details
Ability to multitask, work independently and make continuous progress towards meeting business objectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize information and present to senior management clearly and confidently
Strong team player who can work well with colleagues of various levels and across regions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Knowledge of data science (e.g. Machine learning), data analytics platforms (e.g. Alteryx), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and programming languages (e.g. Python).
