You will develop a deep knowledge of the infrastructure funds alongside strong function skills in the major areas of investment banking and will demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing their own transactions. Specifically, you will get exposure to a broad set of
Financial institutions including infrastructure investors, private equity firms, diversified alternative asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and insurance capital providers;
Job responsibilities
Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A, ECM and DCM/debt transactions;
Coordinate with industry, product, and country teams to ensure correct prioritization, positioning, and delivery of relevant content to our clients;
Interact with senior team members and client management teams on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives;
Defining, guiding and reviewing detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO and DDM analyses
Work closely with clients to develop comprehensive transaction materials, including the preparation of business plans, performance analyses, due diligence reports and marketing materials;
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Previous working experience:
Strong corporate finance proficiency and financial modelling skills;
Ownership and initiative: ability to take ownership across a project/transaction, with exposure to industry, country, and product teams;
Multi-tasking: ability to show initiative and support across several transactions in parallel, managing time appropriately across competing demands
Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business;
Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently;
Entrepreneurial spirit: strong commercial mindset, creativity, and a proactive approach to business development and origination.
Ability to manage work across several transactions in parallel, managing time appropriately across competing demands; and
Desire and/or experience in working in infrastructure-related sectors.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's degree
European language (in addition to English) is desired but not mandatory
