Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and operation of B2B and EDI systems

• Monitoring the systems as well as independent fault and fault rectification

• Technical link between business partners and the Magna EDI landscape

• User support and training for all software products used in the area

• Support in migration & rollout projects

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• General IT knowledge (HW, SW, network)

• Basic programming skills

• Good knowledge of Windows & Unix OS

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)

• Team spirit, good communicative skills, high social skills and resilience

• High degree of self-responsibility, commitment and sense of responsibility

• Readiness for multi-shift operation or standby service

Knowledge and Education

• Completion of University Degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

• Relevant professional experience in B2B/EDI is an advantage but not a prerequisite

Additional Information

• Hybrid environment (3 days office, 2 days remote)

• Up to 5% Regular Travel

• Strong English skills are mandatory
