ent of the Paint team members. The Paint Supervisor is responsible for the productivity and quality of both paint lines.
Your Responsibilities
Review daily paint system analysis logs and ensure operation of the system within defined parameters.
Ensure safety talks in pre- and post-shift meetings are being conducted with employees. Ensure department KPI's-key performance indicators are current and posted.
Provide timely coaching, counseling, and feedback to employees through one-on-one sessions, performance evaluations, and regular team meetings.
Routinely make visual inspections of emergency evacuations routes correcting any safety concerns immediately.
Schedule, supervise, coordinate, and direct the activities of employees to ensure that production levels and quality standards are met. Monitor throughout day and make adjustments to support operations.
Who we are looking for
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years' experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, corrosion coatings, or E-Coat. Working knowledge of basic chemistry and lab procedures
Capable of learning wastewater treatment
Previous leadership role preferred
Must possess working knowledge and understanding of quality systems, standards, and procedures
Computer skills- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Must be a "Self-Starter" with the ability to formulate a project and see it through to its conclusion.
Must have strong team-focused, interpersonal and leadership abilities. Must have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent communication skills. Must possess good human relations, leadership skills, and a maturity of judgment.
Develop and facilitate on-the-job employee training -encourages training and development.
Promote continuous improvement programs, strive to maintain and improve productivity.
