    Position summary

    sales administrator, training sales teams, and managing sales pipelines at a global company.

    Role & Responsibilities
    -Administer and report on sales pipeline, closed sales, and renewals.

    • Manage sales contracts, sales process, and merchant onboarding.
    • Maintain product catalog brand, logos, images, maps.
    • Maintain training documentation and check list.
    • Create, maintain and deliver training materials and case studies that articulate clear success expectations and operational requirements needed that feed the offers platform.
    • Develop global materials to be shared with sales team, to lead Business Reviews and report on monthly analytics to drive product value.

    All About You:

    -The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration and training in a global environment.
    -Strong communication and commercial abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to foster positive relationships with internal partners at all levels.
    -Proven ability to act with a persistent and urgent approach to tasks.
    -Experience managing sales pipelines, Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
    -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
    -Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
    -Bachelor's degree required

    • Travel Required - ~10%
