WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Audio-Visual Digital Enablement (AVDE) team implements and supports digital experiences across Nike stores and offices in EMEA. The team brings Nike products, brand stories, online content, shopping experiences, and a world-class workplace to life through interactive applications, digital signage, large-format touchscreens and other IT infrastructure for network connectivity and security.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented AVDE support engineer who is comfortable owning L1 and L2 issues in meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, digital signage and live events. They diagnose common display, audio, connectivity and endpoint issues, follow defined runbooks, document their work clearly, and know when to escalate. They are organized and detail-focused, with the practical mindset required for cabling, labeling, equipment checks, inventory, event preparation and support across several small workstreams. They communicate effectively with internal customers, facilities, technical teams, integrators and vendors, explaining straightforward fixes to non-technical users while setting clear expectations. They remain calm during live meetings and events, are curious about unfamiliar issues, and bring a collaborative approach to maintaining reliable, consistent room experiences across EMEA.

  • Bachelor's degree in media technology, IT, or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant AV, digital signage, event, or workplace technology experience, including equivalent education and hands-on experience.
  • Practical familiarity with displays, projection, microphones, speakers, switchers, HDMI/USB-C, extenders, media players, touch panels, Windows, macOS, and Zoom room environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common L1/L2 faults, document actions in tickets and handover notes, and escalate non-standard or complex issues with clear diagnostic information.
  • Strong organization, listening, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective during live meetings and events.
  • Interest in AV control platforms such as Crestron or Q-SYS; QSC Control 101 or equivalent training within the first year is encouraged. Diagramming or AutoCAD exposure is a plus, not required undefined

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • You will provide hands-on L1 and L2 support for AV and meeting production services across Nike EHQ and EMEA locations.
  • You will keep rooms operational, events on schedule and projects moving by completing equipment checks, troubleshooting common faults, coordinating practical delivery tasks, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers.Own L1 and L2 support for meeting rooms, Zoom, Team and Leadership Hub spaces, digital signage, and event AV by triaging, resolving, or escalating issues with clear notes.
  • Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for meetings and events, confirm room readiness, explain simple fixes, and set expectations when escalation is required.
  • Support installations and refreshes through cable runs, labeling, device-mounting assistance, room-readiness checks, software configuration within defined runbooks, and punch-list closure. Coordinate (project) support: site access, integrator and vendor visits, shipment receiving, equipment staging, task tracking, and status updates to the project lead and/or stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, asset records, spares, packing lists, system diagrams, as-built notes, photographs, technical documentation, and sign-off packs.
  • Support testing and handover using test scripts, snag lists, and checklists while following Nike and industry standards and promptly raising compliance or safety concerns.Collaborate with senior AV engineers, Windows and Apple engineering teams, Facilities, vendors, and other technical capabilities; contribute to SOPs, knowledge articles, pilots, and repeatable room-check routines.
