Prepares and reviews lender submission packages for deal placement.
Prepares and reviews quotes and application packages.
Provides workflow management and deal assignment.
Directs all facets of analysis and preparing deals to take to market.
Provides credible recommendations to supervisor based on market research and analysis.
Logs and maintains all transactions in the proprietary database in a timely and organized manner, monitors reporting, and ensures all compliance and legal steps are completed during the loan process.
Assists throughout the due diligence process by gathering required property and credit documents and updating the underwriting workbook with rent rolls, portfolio comps and real estate schedules.
Demonstrate excellent client relations skills.
Work professional and harmoniously with coworkers
Other projects and duties as assigned.

This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and management. In addition, this role interacts with outside business partners, vendors, consultants, and other office visitors
Education, Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking or lending.
Strong proficiency with MS-Excel, word, Argus, and other computer programs as needed.
Excellent proficiency of CRE lending products across all asset classes.
Annual base salary gross: $145,000 - $155,000 (NJ and NY only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX's salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX's total compensation package for employees.
