    Position summary

    • Update plans based on real-time changes in demand, supply constraints, or operational issues.
    1. HPS (Healthy Production Start) Leadership
    • Lead the Healthy Production Start (HPS) process by coordinating with all functions (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Project management and etc.).
    • Ensure all prerequisites (materials, manpower, documentation) are available prior to production start.
    • Identify and mitigate risks that may affect production readiness.
    1. Milestone Tracking & Follow-Up
    • Monitor and follow up on all production and project milestones to ensure they are on track. Proactively highlight deviations and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
    1. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for plan failures, missed targets, or production deviations.
    • Define and implement preventive and corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
    1. KPI Management
    • Monitor and report key planning KPIs, including: OTD, BOV, BOL and LTO
    1. Portfolio & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain the plant production portfolio, including Line utilization view.
    • Share portfolio insights with all functions to support decision-making and alignment.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or supply chain

    • Experience working with SAP/ERP systems is a must

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
