    This is a 12-month contract role.

    What You'll Do

    • Work closely with the Artist & Label Partnerships team to optimize operational efficiencies for internal & external partners.

    • Work cross functionally with wider internal teams (e.g. Operations, Editorial, Marketing, Marketing, User Growth, Analytics) to deliver projects & fulfill the team's strategic goals.

    • Create, own and maintain internal systems to support both the Artist & Label Partnerships team & the wider Music team.

    • Assist industry partners in accessing and using tools provided by Spotify.

    • Monitor & manage artist-specific content provided to Spotify's key business partners.

    • Educate and maintain best practices around our product, release campaigns, profile management and content distribution.

    • Serve as the main point of contact and ensure schedules and campaign deadlines are communicated clearly and delivered according to our editorial standards

    • Identify holes and trends in the production process and work proactively to create and maintain processes, optimize workflows across teams.

    • Provide insights to campaigns, trends which can support the Artist & Label Partnerships team to deliver their best work.

    Who You Are

    • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in music, entertainment or technology background.

    • You have a music and technology background.

    • You have an exceptional passion for music.

    • You have a strong grasp of content knowledge, music and cultural trends, artists, user engagement and behaviors.

    • You have experience building for operational processes that help improve efficiency and scale for larger teams.

    • You are numerate and adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to support team goals.

    • You are well organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay exceptional attention to detail.

    • You have excellent people skills and can work collaboratively, both internally and externally.

    • You are very fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
