You will act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth integration, issue resolution, and high-quality delivery of applications.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary technical contact for content partners during onboarding
Support partners with technical integration of video applications
Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams (Engineering, Product, QA)
Run regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
Contribute to improving onboarding processes and workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar technical role
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and video delivery ecosystems is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have
Experience in Smart TV, Automotive or digital media environments
Knowledge of content delivery, advertising technologies and metadata systems
Additional foreign languages
