I'm here to be vulnerable because I'm desperate for advice

I am having to do job search simulation as a final project for a class I am taking on human relations in the workplace, including preparing a resume and cover letter for a position that is in my major area of study.

So I am scheduled to lead a "Professionalism and Communication" session with college students this week and I am teaching them to do the following:

-Ensure they do work that sticks to their values no matter what -Ensure they work for someone they can actually talk to -Ensure they give feedback to leadership or peers with love -Ensure they know what they are willing to share personally at work I am not telling
