Burnt Out in HR

Looking for advice on navigating a challenging situation at work.

I moved to a new team within my company while I was pregnant.

I was made redundant last December, just after returning from maternity leave, and it was a tough time with a little one at home.

I’m 3 months pregnant and have never be so over whelmed in my life…I wfh with customers yelling in my ear all day…I have two other kids at home and a boyfriend and still feel like I have no one to talk to.

Should I stay or should I go?

I recently came back to work after my maternity leave. It's a busy job, and I've been squeezing in pumping breaks in between meetings.

I was reduced at my nonprofit adult education job from FT (40k/year) to PT($26/hr) during maternity leave last year due to the pandemic.

Should I pitch a new role in my current department?
