Very unfair pay practices, very discriminatory against women, I would not recommend
Offers great mothers rooms.
Not a work/life family balance. They promote working on the weekends, all the time.
I've worked here for 2.5 years and women work in various roles from support to executive. Few women in upper management, executive positions. Most all support positions are staffed by women. Culture if very corporate and not comfortable to women. 12 weeks paid maternity leave plus 8 weeks paid paternity leave. Flexible work arrangements are available, but difficult to procure. Expected to work from home if must leave early to pick up children.
Good advancement opportunities, good pay. But be prepared to work hard and work SMART if you want to succeed. Bonuses are absolutely merit based as they should be. Need to be able to adapt to change quickly. Company stock purchase program (ESSP)= FREE MONEY. Healthcare benefits are the only complaint.
