Working from home means all the more time to prepare a healthy breakfast. You're in no rush to get on the road before the morning commute traffic hits. And you can even enjoy your breakfast while you get started working. Consuming the right nutrients in the morning can supercharge your brainpower, fully wake you up and get you ready to tackle your workload.
