Bored of Greek yogurts, cereal bars and bananas? We don't blame you.

If you have even a little bit of time in the evenings or the mornings before work to meal prep, however, you'll have a lot more options for some seriously mouthwatering breakfasts that you can tote with you to work. That said, of course, coming up with those breakfast ideas is time-consuming in and of itself. So we've done the legwork for you.

And if you have some dietary restrictions, you need not worry! There are vegetarian, GF, Paleo and vegan options here, too — something for everyone!

1. Strawberry Cheesecake-Stuffed French Toast

Time Requirement: About 10 minutes

This one is both easy and delicious! All you'll need are some strawberries, eggs, bread, cinnamon, powdered sugar, regular sugar, vanilla extract, butter, cream cheese and milk. You'll certainly induce jealousy in the office with this breakfast. This will absolutely make for a tasty start to your day.

These sweet and savory bruschettas only require some maple syrup breakfast sausages and few other ingredients such as, basil, mint, pineapple, strawberries, tomatoes, maple syrup, baguettes and mozzarella. Thse bruschettas are easy bites to carry with you to work — just add the fruit after you pop it in the microwave to reheat. The combination of sweet and savory is ideal.

This is the kind of recipe you'll want to nail for the holidays, too. Oh, and probably pass down to your kids if you have them.

This Middle Eastern breakfast favorite is made of baked eggs in a thick tomato sauce, served with warm pita bread that you can easily reheat. While this one will be less easy to bring to work, it'll be quite the meal when you get there. Put it in a glass pan and cover it up so you can simply pop it in the microwave when you get to work (if you have to reheat it, we recommend using scrambled instead of fried eggs!).
