Nowadays, the company takes care of itself and their image. Since the circumstances of her condition may pose a risk to them, they let her go. Business is brutal, and it is not a friend. It won't look out for the well being of anyone. The best thing is to take this time to get well and learn some new coping skills. Market herself later.

This job is not important and only one job. Her mental health is 1,000 more times MORE important. We should all feel empathy and sympathy for ANYONE with health issues, but some of us "never got that memo".
Please tell your daughter that she is better off and while it may hurt not...TRUST ME...she will obtain a different better paying job.
