We offer a hybrid model for most roles, which consists of usually 3 days onsite and 2 from home.
Eligible employees will receive a maximum of 6 weeks of paid parental leave for a new birth or adoption. This paid leave runs concurrent with Family Medical Leave (FML) and all other state paid leaves.
