There are many women at the company and a lot of ways the company is supportive of their success. However, the top levels of the company are still predominately male. Especially in marketing, it feels like men receive special treatment because they are less of a commodity.

Women are treated equally for promotions. There are still more male senior executives but it does seem like the company is devoting major efforts to promote women leadership and career success.

Parental Leave policies are top-notch. In addition, the Company is very flexible about virtual days, understanding about child-care, and has great employee offers.
