I think that this culture is improving. In the past the choice may have been super-achiever or "mommy-track" and I think that there is growing room for women to be able to choose flexibility in their jobs without being penalized.
Inclusive work place and many women are in leadership positions. Great place for women with children due to flexible hours and work-life balance.
Be confident & speak up for yourself with professionalism and proof. Don’t be easily intimidated.
