Great to work for been here 16 yrs and you really need to ask yourself if this position is for you. If you can follow direction, pick things up quickly, don't take things personally, it's a breeze. Getting hired is a bit difficult but once your in the door it's really a good place to work: great benefits, flexible schedules if needed, and a company with a high rating within the community and surrounding areas. I definitely would recommend this company to other women as well as men!!!

In nursing school, you are taught to have critical thinking, so you can be one step ahead of the problem. Here you are not allowed to do that, you have to call the doctor for every little thing. Some doctors listen to your suggestions, and others look at you like you are stupid. Lots of things to many to mention.
I've seen a number of women have multiple children across two departments, all of whom were able to negotiate approximately 5 months off (I assume some of it was paid time, and some it was unpaid time). All but one returned to f/t jobs, with flexibility for working at home etc.
