"Senior management does have a lot of women but middle management is vastly male. Speaking as a member of the technical community, you can definitely seek out women mentors and my experience with my male management has been pretty positive. I think the company is starting to see a shift to remain relevant which is great. "

"3M is a fantastic place to build an exciting and varied career. The number of different industries and fields all within the same company is a huge asset. It sets the stage for collaborative problem solving, which is great for someone who loves the thrill of a new challenge. I also appreciate our increasingly global approach to business and the opportunities I’ve had to travel. As a woman and an LGBT employee, I have always felt welcomed and supported. "
