    "3M is an organization that is strong on ethics and compliance. Always support their employees in doing the right thing. As a woman - it is a great place to learn, challenge and grow.     "Get involved and network. There are lots of opportunities to grow and take on interesting projects and work with phenomenal leaders. I've never felt boxed in and you can advance your career here. "

    "Lots of opportunities and lots of flexibility. Just know what you want and ask for it. Most people are wanting to work with you not against you. But no one can make a plan if you don’t say anything "
