11 years with the firm, only recently returned to work after maternity. It's difficult to keep up with colleagues who burn 10+ hrs a day when you have small kids. Standard work load requires long hrs, always has. The company does support working parents and has several initiatives but bottom line is there isn't any less work and people get frustrated when you have to leave each day. My experiences up to being a parent were good no gender bias that I could see. Excellent maternity benefits, healthcare and other benefits.
