"What has been wonderful is being able to work locally for 1 year after my maternity leave ended so I didn't have to go back on the road. I am very fortunate that I have a project where I can work from home half of the week. However, I don't think that every working mom has had this experience. I believe I was in the right place at the right time and do fear for what my work schedule will be like when this project ends. "

"They brand themselves as extremely female friendly and do have an amount of female executives who you often read about. However for those that are experienced hires and looking for growth into management- opportunities are few and far between. "

"Accenture is a great place for women to work, but if you are an ethnic minority, then you will need to work twice as hard to get credit. Find a male sponsor who is at least two positions higher than you are and have him guide you through the company politics "
