"Women and men seem to be valued equally and are compensated in a very logical and fair manner. My only concern is that if women are not confident enough to write about their achievements for their performance reviews, they may fall through the cracks (a girl's gotta lean in!). Accenture works to offset these issues by pairing you with mentors, career counselors, and other resources. They also just set a goal to have a company with 50% women by 2050, which is pretty great.
