"Great place to work; young parents especially will love the flexibility and work-life balance. Once you reach a certain level then the growth is very slow. Promotions are based on seniority mostly although company does tout performance based growth. Career path is not clearly defined neither is the path to the next step."

"Work-life balance is a common discussion here. Leadership does a fantastic job of allowing flexibility for different life situations. I do not feel that being a woman inhibits my growth as a leader within the company. There is a lot of support for women in this organization. "

"It's a great company to work for but there needs to be more of a life/work balance put into place. The company promotes it, but when you dive into specific areas it is impossible to have. Employees can easily put in 50-60 hours a week and its still not enough to keep up with the demands. "
