This place is great for women. Men and women are treated equally and promoted and encouraged at all levels. I strongly encourage women to join ADP for career growth opportunities while finding good work life balance, specially for ambitious working mothers.

As mentioned earlier, work place is far (40+ miles) for most of the employees and involves lot of commute time. Should allow more remote work to avoid spending lot of time in commute which can get translated into more work and better work life balance.

ADP values women and their rights. It has programs specific to female employees to ensure that we all get a fair advise on our careers and work-life balance

The 12 weeks of paid leave matches the government policy in our location (Philippines). In addition, we were given additional compensation to help cover the medical expenses

The maternity leave policy is generous but taking maternity leave is a very complicated and stressful process. Almost to the point that you wonder if they make it so difficult to deter people from taking it. If you are lucky you will get a good manager who is flexible with your schedule should you happen to be a working mother.

It really depends on who your manager is. My manager is not of the norm and is very flexible but I know not everyone's manager is like this.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    6 paid / 10 unpaid

The leave process is very stressful from filling out the right forms to talking to the right people who can give you the correct information you need according to what state you live in.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. It depends on their current life situation and in what department they are looking at working in. On paper the policies are good but there are unwritten "rules" about what is acceptable by your manager. For example, if your manager just happens to not really care about work-life balance then you aren't going to get much flexibility.
