"Women are in leadership and do very well at this job, however we meet with small businesses. It can be uncomfortable as a woman alone meeting with individuals that can very well be a random number on a call list. "

"The opportunities are there. However, like most companies, there is a lot of weight put on interpersonal relationships, and I think sometimes women being assertive is seen as a negative thing--not so with men. "
